Ministries

As God's people, we are to be about His work. Each ministry aims to glorify God, teach His people, and make disciples of all nations.

"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace" (1 Pet. 4:10).

Prayer

Just as a solid Word ministry is essential to sustaining a church, so to is the ministry of prayer. We have a team of faithful prayer warriors that meet every Thursday at 11:00 am to pray for the church family and our community. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Community Outreach

Our community outreach team exists to glorify God by motivating our church family to be totally committed to the great commission by reaching out to the community of Helena. Some of the ways we are currently doing this is by doing outreach events at Florence Crittenton Family Services, Family Promise, and providing CTI Thanksgiving meals.

Children

Our Children’s ministry exist to establish our children as followers of Jesus. We provide a Sunday School class from September through May, and Children’s Church throughout the year. Our goal is to give our youngest members an understanding of what it means to know Jesus, and to be a part of the Kingdom of God.

Youth

Our youth ministry exists to enable our youth to bring glory to God, grow in the likeness of Christ, have a heart for the lost, and have fellowship with other believers. We do this through weekly Wednesday night gatherings, Sunday School, fun activities, and provide opportunities to serve our church and community. We want our students to be disciples who make disciples.

Fellowship

The fellowship team exists to bring the whole church family together to strengthen fellowship and mutual encouragement. We do this by providing opportunities for the church family to engage with one another outside of Sunday Mornings. Some of our past events have been sledding parties, Valentine’s banquets, Christmas Gala, family games nights, cookouts, and campouts.

Men

The Men’s Ministry exists to help encourage the men of our church to grow in their faith, and be Biblical leaders in the home, and in the church. We meet at lunch every Wednesday at noon and take turns providing the lunch, and sharing a short message based on the Scripture passage for the coming Sunday. There is also an annual retreat that we encourage our men to attend in Wyoming every April and at Dickey Lake every September.

Women

Our Women’s Ministry exists to cultivate community, and mature followers of Christ who make disciples. We do this through Bible studies, events, outreach, and practicing the “one anothers.” There is also an annual retreat that we encourage our women to attend in Montana every March or April and at Dickey Lake every September.

"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith" (Gal. 6:9-10).
