Byron launched into ministry after wrestling with the question, "Does what you're doing with your life have eternal significance?" This sent him on a journey that led him to his wife, Kim, in 2005, and eventually to us. Since then, he has served as lead pastor, holding fast to his conviction to faithfully and diligently preach the Word of God. Byron oversees the bulk of the activity in the church, being especially focused on the word ministry of the church. Byron has been serving in ministry since 2005, and has been with us since 2021. He is presently pursuing a Master's of Biblical Studies at Millar College of the Bible. "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path" (Ps. 119:105).

Chase is a faithful and hard working husband and father of five children. While working toward his PhD in nuclear physics in 2024, Chase knew that he wanted to study and teach. His wife Kaity, posed the question "If you could study and teach anything, what would that be?" He was convicted that the clear answer was that he wanted to research and teach God's Word. This prompted him to pursue full time vocational ministry. God's perfect timing and provision brought him on-staff with us in 2025. Chase is currently working toward ordination with the C&MA and is actively developing our discipleship and greenhouse (church planting) ministries. "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart" (Deut. 6:4-9).

Since her youth, the Lord has directed Julee's steps both in life and service, placing her naturally into various ministry positions within the church. Since then, Julee has continued to serve the Lord faithfully alongside her husband, John, through personal devotion, prayer, and discipling of children, youth, and other youth ministers. As they've served together over the years, both Julee and John strongly believe that service is central to the Christian life and important for fostering a love for God and people. Julee has remained steadfast as she devotes her time to personal, relational, and intentional discipleship of children and youth. As such, Julee oversees the children's and youth activities in the church. God brought Julee to us in 2019, having served our children and youth activities since 2020. She received a Bachelor's in elementary education with a minor in discipling ministries at Crown College in 2003. "My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge" (Col. 2:2-3, NIV).

Paula has been surrounded by the Lord's presence since a child, choosing to live for God since Jan. 19, 1979, with Christ as her cornerstone. God has placed a deep commitment for community and service in her heart. From the age of 16, Paula has been serving alongside churches and Christian schools using her gifts of organization and intense motivation to make an impact for God's kingdom. Paula provides administrative support for the church, handling the bulk of communication within and outside the church, helping lead the worship ministry, and filling in the gaps. Paula has served alongside us since 2013. She received a Bachelor's in Bible with minors in music and home economics from Pillsbury Bible Baptist College. "The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Phil. 4:5-7).
